Coaching is the art of facilitating the learning, development, and enhanced performance of another.

Leadership can be lonely; many leaders have imposter syndrome, and many leaders feel they need to have all the answers. Many leaders I work with feel the weight of so many mortgages relying on their performance as the boss.

This adds to the pressure in what is already a demanding job.
